I am an HR professional with experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR generalist, and worked on HR transformation projects. I hold good experience setting up new operations and had an opportunity to work with different startup firms (Synopsys, UBS, Thomson Reuters, and with J.P.Morgan, and with Deloitte – (I piloted the launch of Shared Services).


Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the highest levels of service and commitment to the mission of any organization I have worked for, and few achievements include:
1. ValueLabs – Led the project as HR project manager, implemented the SAP HCM including payroll for more than 5000+ employees.
2. Deloitte – Core member for the Salesforce Ticketing system implementation for HR and the Learning Management System including the Omni-Channel.
3. Piloted the launch of HR Shared Services for J. P. Morgan (1st employee for Hyderabad Shared services set up), Deloitte, and various process initiatives.
4. Built the HRSS Metrics Dashboard and Launched the Voice of the customer for Harsco Global Service Center.

Proficient in ERP Systems – PeopleSoft, SAP, and Oracle and was also part of various HR Transformation and automation projects which includes building ticketing system on Salesforce, content building including static templates for HR helpdesk team with the policy links, HR Portal content, process automation, HR Scorecards, and Worklog. Internal tool developments – HR document Management system for US and UK regions and Training Registrar system for US and India.

Transitions and stakeholder Management:
I consistently focused on team development skills, which helped me build solid resources and transitioned a wide range of activities to India. Few countries include – the transition of China, Brazil, France and Belgium, Luxembourg, Philippines HR activities. MiddleEast payroll transition and countries include Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman.
