Srikanta Nandi

My name is Srikanta Nandi. I basically belong from West Midnapore, West Bengal. I have completed 10th standard in the year of 2012, and completed vocational /12th standard in the year of 2015. Then I took lateral entry in Diploma with Computer Science & Technology in 2017 and completed the same in the year of 2019. And after that I completed my Graduation, Bachelor of Arts in the year of 2022.

I have worked for my previous organization Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd at Bangalore branch, here I work 9months as a Customer Support Executive profile. Due to my health issue I resigned and came back to hometown.

And, after somedadays I got opportunity in Teleperformance India at Mohali branch, here I work for 1year 5months as a Bengali Content Moderation profile. After some time I came to know that my father health conditition is very bad, and that time emergency basis I came back to hometown and shortly after I returned home, I came to know that my father had passed away on 30May, 2023. After 23day when I went for joining and it was well communicated with my manager as well and that time I mailed my manager but somehow in no way they supported me. That’s why I resigned my previous organization
