Role and Responsibilities for Procurement Team:  Working on SAP as well as Coupa for PO Closing task.  Creating Dashboard Report, Capacity report for team.  Creating a PO on request of PO owner on request portal or email.  Posting a GR on PO on request of PO owner from request portal or email.  Reversal of GR on PO on request of PO owner form request portal or email.  Cancelling the PO on the report form request portal or email.  Managing and closing old Inactive PO’s after getting confirmation from PO owner Role and Responsibilities for MIS Team:  Creating Dashboard Report, Capacity report for team.  Creating Headcount Report and Spend report for team.  Creating/Modifying Macro for team.  Pulling data form SAP and Coupa and create reports for team  Working on SAP as well as Coupa for PO Closing task.

Role and Responsibilities:  Creating Dashboard report and maintaining Dashboard data in report for team  Creating Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and yearly reports for a team.  Working on clarify application for eAccess task.  We used to work on task called metrics where we use MS Access.
