• Hired and set up a team of SDETs for manual testing, automation, and continuous integration of Oracle Public Cloud products. • Provided guidance to the team for accessibility testing, cross-platform testing, and performance testing of the web applications. • Collaborated with Product Management, Development, and Release Management teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products and alignment towards business goals. • Established the Testing Centre of Excellence in the team. • Experienced in the design and development of an automation framework to track automation status at various levels with user-friendly execution reports. The framework got adopted by other teams. • Participated in design reviews for automation framework, code reviews for automation code, and test suite reports for all projects. • Designed Automation Tests Execution Dashboard to view the execution trend and statistics for all products automation suites. • Developed a Bug dashboard with dynamic reports for tracking open issues, fixed issues, bug/enhancement testing status, assignee-wise report, and automation status of the defects. • Engaged in career management and development of team members.

• Hired, built, and managed a team of QAEs for manual testing and certification of Oracle CRM products for various releases. • Collaborated with Product Management, Development, and Release Management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. • Performed RCA for defects and tracked defect resolution to completion. • Self-learned Oracle Spares Management features, managed testing cycles, and cleared the backlog for pending customer one-offs during resource crises in the team. • Provided guidance to the team for accessibility testing, cross-platform testing, and upgrade testing for DB and application.

• Owned testing activities for Oracle Content Management and various Oracle CRM modules of E-Business Suite within a short span of time after joining Oracle. • Involved in customer one-off testing, accessibility testing, globalization testing, exploratory testing, sanity testing, cross-platform testing, and upgrade testing for both DB and application.

• Learnt and built expertise on Open Market’s Content Management system in the team for the delivery of the ManoramaOnline portal. • Involved in coding, code review, and integration testing of code developed by the team. • Involved in the resolution of the issues found during UAT.

• Development of Y2K tool ‘CEngine’ using C. • Portability testing and reverse engineering. • Y2K testing for APC at Rhode Island, USA.

• Debugging and testing for Inventory Control System. • Trained Engineering students in C++ and Java with self-learning.
