PROJECT: – STyLE Description: – STyLE is a business-critical application which serves the confirmations and affirmations of the trades for different financial instruments in investment banking.it is a highly distributed system with front end in .Net\Angular and backend in Java.
Tool: – MSSQL, ITIL Certification, SQL, Slx, MongoDB, OBIEE, GENEOS, Service Now, Autosys, Argon Tools.
● Fundamentals Unix and Linux shell command line experience
● Sound knowledge of the ITIL or Incident, Problem and Change management for Production support
● Debugging skills and analytical ability to find the problem and provide resolutions in short timelines, ticket resolving, supporting user issues
● Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts
● Certification and Knowledge of ITIL processes.
My Role: – I am part of the production support team which takes care of the application from a technology point of view.
● Supporting inhouse High frequency algorithmic trading platform with advice and analytical approach.
● A significant portion of time will be spent in configuration & setup of new applications and monitoring trading applications and Perform Health Check of Applications.
● Resolving trading related critical issues on a timely basis and Monitor Incoming Traffic from upstream.
● Escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams wherever needed and Triaging Production Issues and Incidents, Release Management.
● Drive continuous improvement in the SDLC CI/CD Pipeline.
● Email Communication with domestic/international Clients & Weekend call support rotational.
● A very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues.
